I work on a project-by-project basis and that means I do not work with standard menus but instead create bespoke food experiences for each event. By doing this I can provide the most appropriate menus with the freshest, most seasonal produce available to suit any occasion.

I also pride myself on facilitating almost any venue and can cook pretty much anywhere to deliver a unique, stand out dinning experience.
