I started cooking as a private chef for customers who wanted a new experience in dining. Whether for an intimate dinner for 2 or events for 200+ guests, the approach remains the same. The Fine Food Works philosophy centres around artisanal methods for creating the finest, most convivial and unique culinary experiences possible. Mine is a contemporary kitchen. Modern and progressive but deeply linked to my Italian roots while being influenced and coloured by the international experiences that I have acquired through working in top kitchens around the world.
My long experience in the restaurant industry, and passion for good food, have helped me to discover the pleasure of sharing what I have acquired over time. This added value of experience means I am proud to call myself a trusted partner to businesses, restaurants and shops. I advise my clients on how best to renew or upgrade their business by providing practical guidance and support in order to increase their efficiency and end product.

Flexibility and creativity characterise my work. Making it possible to produce and facilitate almost any type of event. Thanks to a network of associates and partners whom I have consolidated over the years, I am able to offer tailor-made solutions, specifically designed to the needs of each individual customer. These solutions include location scouting, menu design, venue dressing, creation of a show-cooking or a pop-up restaurants to name but a few.
Food can inspire, amaze, fascinate, surprise, convey emotions and even communicate. My work uses this communication as a narrative with which I create thematic motifs that are woven throughout the menu design, interior, table decor, and ambience of my events. Whether for private, intimate events or large-scale commercial occasions, I always endeavour to tell your story through imaginative, inspiring and, above all, delicious cuisine.
